By accessing or using SB Check-In ("Service"), operated by Sugar Beach Owner's Association, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to violate any local, state, or federal laws, including those of Florida.

3. Registration and Fees

Check-in requires registration and payment of applicable fees (e.g., pet fees). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

All content on this Service (text, images, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and Florida copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by Florida law. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bay County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
