Guest General Rules

Sugar Beach Owner's Association, Inc.

All guests must register with the COA office and display parking passes and wristbands while on the property. Only registered guests may use Sugar Beach facilities (pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, grills, shuffleboard, laundry).

General Conduct
  • Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • No littering or throwing trash on grounds, pool area, clubhouse, or pond—use provided trash cans.
  • Do not sweep, pour, or throw anything (including cigarette butts) from balconies or patios.
  • Do not hang towels, linens, or articles from balconies.
  • No climbing on/over balconies, railings, windows, roofs, or ledges.
  • No blocking sidewalks at any time.
Pool Rules
  • Obey posted pool rules.
  • Children in diapers must wear swim diapers.
  • Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
  • Be alert of the PCB Flag system: Red Flags mean DO NOT ENTER THE GULF. Text "PCBFLAGS" to 888777 for alerts.
  • No glass or breakable containers in the pool area.
  • No running, horseplay, diving, or ball playing on the pool deck.
  • No large floats; small floats and noodles allowed.
Clubhouse Rules
  • Hours posted on the door.
  • No rowdy or destructive conduct.
  • Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests are responsible for damages to clubhouse or equipment.
  • No wet swimsuits/towels in the clubhouse or on furniture.
Tennis Court Rules
  • Hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • One-hour limit unless no one is waiting; tennis shoes required—no hard-soled shoes.
Grill Rules
  • No grills except in the designated area near the clubhouse.
  • Close lid, damper, and grates to extinguish fire; no hot coals in garbage cans.
Additional Rules
  • No motorbikes, bicycles, scooters, roller skates/blades, or skateboards in the courtyard, sidewalks, or tennis courts.
  • No fishing or swimming in the pond.
  • No renters under 25 unless accompanied by adults over 25.
  • No unlawful drugs permitted.
  • Occupancy Limits: A units = 12, B units = 10, C units = 8, D units = 8, E units = 6 people.
